Fish Patties

I’ve never been adventurous with my cooking. Most of the time I need to refer to my recipe books.

This one is something I stumble upon accidentally, my own invention. I have tried with threadfin (ma yau) and mackarel (tengiri), I think threadfin taste better than mackarel in this recipe.

Ingredients:

• Minced fish
• 3 water chestnuts (finely chopped)
• 3 mushrooms (soak and finely chopped)
• celery (use the leaf part and finely chopped, but need not have alot)
• spring onion (a little and finely chopped)
• salt, pepper to taste
• flour to form batter

method

Mixed everything to getter to form a batter

Heat oil and drop a spoonful of batter into oil and deep fried

Drained and serve.
