This is one lazyman cooking, very simple but my princess’s favourite. This is what she always order from the cook of the house.
Shell Pasta
1) Boil shell pasta in boiling salt water until ala dante. Drained
2) Heat butter in saucepan, stir fry the pasta, add in those ready made off the shelf mushroom pasta sauce. Saute a little and sprinkle shredded cheese before turning off the fire.
For a more heahtly varient
Diced carrot, cut brocolli into small floret. Steam it. Add some diced sausage, saute it together with the boiled pasta before adding the sauce and cheese.
Takes me about 15mins to get it up for JS.

i am another lazy mother. I usually cook macoroni as it is smaller and my son can take it. All I do is boil the macaroni until al dente (without salt). Then steam mix vege and seafood tofu in rice cooker for a few minutes to soften it (as it was frozen form), then add in the off shelf mushroom pasta sauce to mix vege and steam for another few minutes. Voila, kau tim….. simple breakfast for my son.
